KIDFIT Rockin’ the Heights! – Family Wellness Fair
* outdoors in the PS/IS 187 schoolyard
* rain date is Sunday, April 28, same hours
* free admission!
A community fair organized by the PS/IS 187 PTA Wellness Committee, with the goal of raising awareness about obesity prevention. Play team sports: soccer, basketball, hockey or gaga. Try a dance class: Bhangra, Hiphop, Belly, Zumba, or try Yoga, Boot Camp, or Double Dutch. Kids can try a healthy cooking class, parents can get recipes and watch a cooking demo, try the dietitian
