That’s right folks. You now have until February 21st to submit your application to be a part of the 2016 Higher Ground Festival. The Higher Ground Festival brings Washington Heights & Inwood artists together to network and create interdisciplinary, stage-based collaborations produced by the festival and presented locally during the annual HG Premiere Performance.
