Upper Manhattan is one of the most diverse areas of New York City. People with different cultural backgrounds live and work in this community and are constantly seeking ways to express their own culture and find their connection to others. In recognizing this, NoMAA presents an exhibition where a diverse group of artists can reflect and engage in a dialogue that explores their commonalities through art.
Curated by Rocio Aranda-Alvarado, Associate Curator – Special Projects at El Museo del Barrio.
