The Disrupt Harlem Code Squad is Back – Apply Today for the Fall 2016 Cohort. The deadline is September 9th at 5pm. The program teaches Harlem youth how to code, make websites and start their own business all in 11 weeks. The program is looking for Harlem residents, 18-24 yrs old, who are able to attend all sessions and not currently enrolled in college (High School Diploma or GED not required). This program is FREE, plus they will give out weekly stipends and monthly performance-based prizes!

The Disrupt Harlem Code Squad is a new coding and entrepreneurship program created by the Harlem Business Alliance to connect Harlem’s young adults to the NYC tech industry. The 11 week program teaches 20 selected participants how to code and design a mobile or web app of their own creation. Following the training, students will be connected to internships or be fast-tracked to a Fullstack Developer coding program at The Knowledge House.
