Occupy Wall Street moved to Washington Heights on Monday as more than 200 people gathered for a march to take over Manhattan streets. The crowd swelled to over 1000 people as they marched the 11 miles down to Zuccotti park. As they did, they passed more than a dozen public housing developments. Hema Parmar reports.
